Field Data Collection (FDC)

Definition: The act of capturing data in the field, at a gas well, plant, oil battery, pump jack or lease. Traditionally, and inefficiently, data has been captured on a clipboard, log book or the inside of a pack of smokes.

QOS has been creating FDC solutions since 1989. Our Quick Collect handheld software is used primarily by oil and gas producers but because of its useability, and general popularity with end users, has been adapted for other industries.
