Quick Oilfield’s Quick Collect field data capture system has become essential to how we do business. The operators could not go a day without their handhelds. 
Before we implemented the handhelds our data recording process was spotty on the best days. Papers would stack up and entering the data into our production database would fall to our, already over-taxed, clerical staff. 

Now data is handled once at the well and that’s it.   

We seldom have problems but if we do QOS is quick to answer their support line day, night or weekends. The operators find QOS staff easy to deal with, patient and very helpful.

We started using the handhelds back 2006 and since then we don’t want to work without them. When our location sold over to a new company QOS was very helpful in intergrading Quick Collect into our new production database.

I wouldn’t want to work without Quick Collect. If we went back to clipboards and paper I would get into another line of business.

We had a location that flows, tickets and volumes were never coming in and if they were they were a month behind. It was a nightmare to get the operators to keep their books up and maintain the wells. 

After a lot of considering we went with Quick Collect on the handheld computers. The guys were reluctant at first but after a couple of months everyone adjusted and realized that this was a system that was going to make their lives easier. 

When they found no one was hounding them for production data and truck tickets, they were a lot happier as are our office staff and head office because the data is being entered daily and there is no lag time, missing data or inaccurate information.
